Bethenny Frankel Lists Her Hamptons Home For $2.995M

The 'B-Strong' entrepreneur wants her investment property to B Sold.

If you’re a fan of the Real Housewives of New York City, then you’ll know this property was one of the biggest talking points of the current season. RHONY star and business tycoon Bethenny Frankel just listed her seven-bed, six-bath home on Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton for $2.995 million. When Bethenny bought the home last year for $2.037 million, it jump started an on-camera battle between Frankel and her co-star/Pinot Grigio-aficionado Ramona Singer, who declared “being on the highway is not south of the highway. It’s just not.” Well we’ve got news for you, Ramona: Whether it’s north, south, east, west, or sitting in the middle of a 5-lane highway, anyone would be crazy to turn down this stunning home!

Measuring 4239 square feet, the traditional-style shingled home is known as Morning Glory House. Built in 1910 on over half of an acre, the welcoming estate was formerly a bed and breakfast. Embracing classic Hamptons glamour with original period detailing and expert craftsmanship, the recently renovated property offers grand scale living in a surprisingly intimate home. Tucked behind a newly planted evergreen hedge and gates for additional privacy, a wraparound veranda leads guests indoors to high ceilings, walls of windows, oversized parlor rooms, and impeccably reimagined interiors. On the ground floor, a large  gathering room features a chic white marble wet bar and double French doors leading out to the patio and pool area.  A chef’s grade kitchen is perfectly laid out with all new professional appliances, and a cozy adjacent windowed breakfast room. There’s also an unfinished third story which could function as an additional office space or children’s playroom.  Outside, a generous rolling lawn surrounds the heated Gunite pool, stone patio, extra large al fresco dining area and plenty lounge areas to soak in the sun or relax in the shade.

Bethenny knows a thing or two about real estate, as any Bravo-holic knows. In Manhattan, she purchased a sprawling SoHo home in 2014 for $4.2 million.  Back in 2011 when she was married to Jason Hoppy, Bethenny purchased a Tribeca home for just under $5 million, and went on to battle (and win) the property from Hoppy in a vicious real estate war. While her primary residence is in Manhattan, Frankel’s main Hamptons property is the Bridgehampton home she bought back in 2013 for $2 million. Just call it the house that Skinnygirl built.
