Bethenny Frankel Lists The Tribeca Condo She Won In Divorce Battle

The margarita mogul and “Real Housewives of New York City” star can finally move on.

It’s been a long, hard battle, but reality TV titan Bethenny Frankel may finally have some closure after feuding with her ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, over her sprawling condo in New York, NY.

Let’s catch you up with a brief history of the unit, with some help from our friends at People.com: Bethenny and Jason bought the property in 2011 for $4.995 million, then split in 2012. The property became a linchpin in the divorce battle, and Jason occupied the space until Bethenny recently won it back. Like any respectable RHONY, Bethenny quickly listed the renovated space for $6.950 million and is looking to make quite the profit.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is located in the luxe downtown neighborhood of Tribeca, where you’ll have no trouble spotting a Bravolebrity or two. (Fun fact: Million Dollar Listing power broker Fredrik Eklund is Bethenny’s agent on this deal.) Measuring 3,600 square feet, the beautiful corner unit welcomes guests with a polished-nickel entryway that opens out to a large living and dining room with a massive windowed kitchen and almost 12-foot ceilings. Top-of-the-line kitchen appliances (Bethenny’s got to have a place to cook up her Skinnygirl treats, right?) are complemented by a built-in espresso machine and full-sized wine refrigerator with space for over 180 bottles of Ramona Singer pinot grigio! That should last the cast of RHONY at least a few nights’ worth of “Turtle Time.”

The space also has a beautiful library/office, perfect for making million-dollar deals on a cocktail company. The roomy master bedroom features plenty of storage space and is accented with a walk-in, windowed dressing room and an entire wall of closets. The master bath features dual sinks, a bidet, a soaking tub, and an extra-large separate steam shower. And while it may not have been Bethenny’s love nest for that long, another couple would certainly fall for the smooth hardwood floors, solar shades, and even a deeded indoor private parking spot. With a 24-hour doorman and a stunning roof deck overlooking the Hudson River, it’s sure to be someone’s dream home. (Even Jay Z and Beyoncé fell for it: The couple also own a condo in the building!)

While she may have been stuck in a real estate battle over the property for the last few years, Bethenny has certainly moved on: In addition to her beloved Hamptons, NY, home, she moved into a luxurious apartment in the city’s SoHo neighborhood, which she shares with her daughter, Bryn. But Bethenny may be packing up yet again: She was spotted house-hunting with boyfriend Dennis Shields back in September.
