When Britney Spears said, “Hit Me Baby, One More Time,” maybe she was talking about hitting the Thousand Oaks, CA, real estate market. Just a few months after dropping $7.4 million on a five-bed, eight-bath home in the bucolic community, Brit-Brit has listed the Thousand Oaks home she bought back in 2012 for a cool $8.995 million.
Measuring 8,456 square feet, the Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 2010, is an impeccable property in the Lake Sherwood community. With five bedrooms and seven baths spread out on one floor, the entire property covers 61,647 square feet of land. There are two offices, a movie room, a game room, formal dining room, and an open kitchen (clearly there are no Cheetos in there; just look at Brit’s abs!) with two grand central islands that flow out to the great room, where family and friends can gather in comfort.
