Camille and Kelsey Grammer Finally Sell Shared Beaver Creek Vacation Home

Two years after their bitter divorce, Camille and Kelsey Grammer are finally untangling one of the final pieces of their former life together.

Property records show that their stunning Beaver Creek, Colorado vacation home has finally sold for $6.6 million!

In 2002, during much happier times, they purchased the home together for $5,350,000. Fast forward to September 2011, when the just-seperated duo put the home on the market for $7.9 million and hoped to make a quick and easy sale and divide the profits, per the terms of their divorce settlement.

Two years ticked by and the asking price dropped lower and lower, and finally a buyer stepped forward and bought the Grammer’s former winter hideaway, which was once featured on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The exquisite just-sold home is nestled in the private area of Bachelor Gulch. As you may have seen on RHOBH, the home is excellent for entertaining, and offers a spacious great room, two master suites, a family/rec room, dramatic circular stair tower and in true Camille Grammer fashion – nannies quarters. Other highlights include beautiful pine floors reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago, inviting stone fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, a spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, and an expansive deck with gorgeous mountain views.

The home also features a in-ground hot tub. The convenient ski-in/walk to ski out location is adjacent to an open space dedicated as a wildlife corridor.

This home has successfully sold, and Camille has just one more piece of her former life to shed before she’s officially Kelsey-free. She is currently looking to sell their former family home in Malibu. It’s on the market with a $14,995,000 price tag.
