Cher Buys Beverly Hills Home For $2.1 Million!

Pop diva Cher has just purchased a brand new home in the Beverly Hills Post Office area of Los Angeles! Property records show that Cher paid $2,145,355 for the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3,089 upgraded two-story home at the end of a private drive. The home officially became hers on July 9, 2013.

Cher has been keeping her real estate agent busy this year. She recently sold her condo at the Sierra Towers in Hollywood for $5.25 million, she’s rumored to have sold her clifftop Malibu trophy estate to Jay-Z and Beyonce for $45 million, and the home she owned in Venice also recently sold for $1.95 million. The Venice home was owned by Cher via a trust, but insiders say her son Elijah Blue Allman lived there. This new purchase is rumored to be Elijah’s new home, but mom Cher is now without centrally-located Los Angeles residence too, so this could very well be the new home the over-the-top diva downsized to.

Whomever will call this place home will be living in a storybook home nestled into a canyon. Private, gated and secure, the home has an eat-in kitchen, a giant master suite with serene canyon views and two fireplaces, soaring wood-beamed ceilings and a large sitting area. The property’s 25,000 square feet of land includes a patio off the living room, side courtyard off the kitchen, enormous private deck off the master bath, beautiful backyard with grassy area, cascading waterfall and meditation space.

Like many homes in Beverly Hills, this home has a celebrity pedigree. It was once owned by “Married With Children” actor Ed O’Neill, who sold it in June 2007 for $1.7 million.

Amy Byer of Keller Williams Beverly Hills represented the seller and Rayni Romito of Hilton & Hyland was Cher’s agent.
