Chris Paul Lists His Woodland Hills Estate for $2.195M

Fresh off a trade from the Clippers, the hoops star hopes to score a slam dunk on the sale.

No matter what state he lives in, former Clippers point guard Chris Paul is a true baller. And now that he’s a resident of Houston, TX as a player for the Rockets, Paul just listed his five-bed, six-bath home in the luxurious Woodland Hills, CA neighborhood for $2.195 million. Seeing as he bought it back in 2014 for $1.775 million, Paul is set to make a pretty penny on the sale if it goes for its asking price.

Measuring 6143-square-feet, the private Mediterranean estate is tucked behind gates on a half-acre lot. Just built in 2014, the home features a stunning open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Step inside the grand entry foyer, and you’ll find soaring high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, and a wrought iron staircase that cascades upward to the bedrooms. There are five en-suite bedrooms, all upstairs except for one on the first floor.

A formal living room flows into the formal dining room and wine room. (Yes, an entire room dedicated to wine!) A chef’s quality kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances, a spacious built-in pantry, custom cabinetry and a large center island that’s the perfect gathering space for any family. Outside, the sprawling backyard is the epitome of luxurious outdoor living, thanks to an outdoor BBQ station, spacious gas fire pit with full seating, a large swimming pool, full size tennis court, and a four car garage. We’re guessing Paul’s former coach Doc Rivers and fellow players Austin Rivers and Deandre Jordan have spent plenty of time hanging out poolside at Chateau Paul! Former owner Donald Sterling probably stayed home, however.

Just last year, Paul put his eight-bed, 11-bath Bel Air, CA estate on the market for $8.995 million. He bought it back in 2012 from Canadian songbird/angry teen Avril Lavigne for $8.495 million, since all celebrities seem to buy real estate from each other. But in true NBA baller style, this wasn’t Paul’s only manse: in December, of 2015, he dropped $9 million on a luxurious home in Calabasas, CA, or as we call it, Kardashian Kountry, seeing as they seem to own half of the city. You can’t keep that family away from the hoops stars!
