Christie Brinkley is a real estate tycoon. The blond supermodel, known for her All-American good looks, four ex-husbands, and business acumen, has listed her big slice of historic Bridgehampton, NY, real estate, Tower Hill, for a cool $29.5 million. Christie bought the home back in 1998 for $3.2 million, but with her youngest daughter, Sailor, graduating from high school, perhaps she’s downsizing to prep for an empty nest.
The 20-plus-acre property, which comprises several parcels, overlooks the peaceful beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Built in 1891 by Dr. John Gardiner, the property includes several structures. The main house is a four-bed, five-bath spread located on a base of 475 tons of local rock, with a 50-foot observation tower overlooking the property. The compound, encompassing 11,037 square feet, also offers a four-bed, two-and-a-half-bath guesthouse, complete with a greenhouse conservatory, and a separate barn/artist studio with living quarters and a four-car heated garage.
Additional luxuries on this deluxe property include an oversized country kitchen, a double-height great room, living and family rooms, and three fireplaces.
