UPDATE: DeAndre Jordan Lists His Malibu Pad For $6.5M

The Clippers star is hoping to score big points on this sale.

If you blinked, you may have missed Los Angeles Clippers star DeAndre Jordan‘s acquisition of a beautiful five-bed, six-bath estate in Malibu just over a year ago. And in traditional baller style, Jordan has already put the home back on the market for $6.5 million! Back in December of 2016, Jordan dropped $5.075 million on the luxurious  Malibu, CA estate, located in the ultra-posh, guard-gated Serra Retreat neighborhood.

With exquisite contemporary style, the home is ideal for entertaining, even if you don’t have NBA superfans like DeAndre. Originally built in 1980, the 4,600-square-foot home has been recently remodeled and redesigned. It features everything you’d imagine for a true baller: A gourmet kitchen with a family area overlooks the rolling grounds, and a sparkling swimming pool and spa. Embrace the sunny Southern California weather with the home’s indoor/outdoor aesthetic, including a living room that opens out to a covered terrace. There’s also a movie theater, as well as a completely separate guest suite and a resort-style yard with lush landscaping.

Of course, the journey to real estate royalty doesn’t always run smoothly. In September of 2015, DeAndre bought a seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate in Pacific Palisades, CA, for $12.7 million but listed the home just over a year later for $12.4 million. Well, coincidentally, the Pacific Palisades home finally sold for $11.75 million … on the same day DeAndre snagged his new Malibu digs.
