DJ Khaled Buys The Keys To A $10 Million Mansion From Robbie Williams

He’s taking over the neighborhood, thanks to his new Beverly Hills digs.

All DJ Khaled does is win, and that includes the real estate game. The hip-hop impresario and social media superstar just snagged a $9.9 million mansion in Beverly Hills, CA, and in typical celeb style, he bought it off another star: British singer Robbie Williams! The seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom spread was originally listed at $11 million, but it looks as though DJ Khaled was able to talk the UK star down. Who doesn’t love a bargain?

The 10,681-square-foot Mulholland Estate is the epitome of Beverly Hills luxury. Built in 1992, the home is tucked behind the exclusive neighborhood’s gates. The mansion is located on almost three-fourths of an acre, overlooking the city, mountains, and canyons — and those Hills of Beverly, of course. With high ceilings, oversized rooms, and endless entertaining areas, this is the ultimate spot for a star. The backyard, a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, living area, two terraced patios and a sprawling lawn are just waiting for DJ Khaled’s buddy Drake to come over and sip some champagne.

A grand two-story entry continues into the living room, and as you move through the study, the formal dining room, and the gym/media room, you’ll eventually find yourself in the kitchen, which features a breakfast area, butler’s pantry, and maid’s quarters. Upstairs, a spacious master suite is the picture of good taste, with a patio for lounging and taking in stunning views of the city. There’s also a two-room guest suite in addition to the four en-suite family rooms. And there’s even a recording studio, in case DJ Khaled feels like embracing that whole “work from home” thing.

DJ Khaled, who is also a spokesman for TurboTax and a line of cocoa butter skin moisturizers, is no stranger to the real estate industry. Last year, he bought a $3.84 million home in Miami, FL. Robbie is no stranger to the game either. He originally bought the Mulholland Estates home back in 2002 for $5.45 million from country star Clint Black, which means he made a nice profit on this deal. Clearly, whatever he’s doing is working: Last year, he bought an even fancier property in Beverly Hills for a whopping $32.67 million.
