And now, the beloved singer is expanding his Los Angeles, CA area real estate portfolio: He just bought a six-bed, eight-bath home in the San Fernando Valley ‘burb of Encino, CA for a cool $4.3 million. Seeing as fellow stars like Kevin James, Alyson Hannigan, and Nick Lachey have called the sunny suburb home, there’s no wonder why Frankie is sticking around in the Valley. (Or Valli, shall we say?)
Just built in 2017, the sprawling 6700-square-foot estate spares no details. Located on a 14,466-square-foot lot, the home is tucked behind gates that lead up to the circular driveway.
