Frankie Valli Drops $4.3M on New Encino Home

The Four Seasons singer "Can't Take His Eyes Off Of" this sprawling SoCal estate.

He may be a born and bred Jersey Boy, but crooner Frankie Valli is a long time resident of La-La Land. And now, the beloved singer is expanding his Los Angeles, CA area real estate portfolio: He just bought a six-bed, eight-bath home in the San Fernando Valley ‘burb of Encino, CA for a cool $4.3 million. Seeing as fellow stars like Kevin James, Alyson Hannigan, and Nick Lachey have called the sunny suburb home, there’s no wonder why Frankie is sticking around in the Valley. (Or Valli, shall we say?)

Just built in 2017, the sprawling 6700-square-foot estate spares no details. Located on a 14,466-square-foot lot, the home is tucked behind gates that lead up to the circular driveway. Step inside the double door grand entry and you’ll find formal living and dining rooms with sparkling finishes, upscale fixtures, and strong, clean lines. Oversized windows allow light to stream in and complement the custom marble and hardwood floors. An office area provides the perfect spot for Frankie to pen some new tunes, while the media room is an ideal spot to sit back and catch a movie. (Or a replay of the 2014 Jersey Boys flick, perhaps?) A sweeping staircase cascades up to the master suite, where spacious closets and a luxurious bath accompany double doors that lead out to a patio area. A gourmet kitchen has an expansive center island, top-of-the-line built-in appliances, and a comfortable breakfast area where the family can have a meal while enjoying the view.

An oversized family room opens out to a sparkling swimming pool and spa, while a separate pool house comes with a half-bath and a cozy patio/lounge area. Outside, lush greenery and landscaping surround the estate with a true sense of serenity, while also providing plenty of space for entertaining.

Frankie’s longtime home is in the Kardashian-drenched suburb of Calabasas, CA, which he bought back in 1994 for $920,000. However if he ever feels like moving back east, there’s more than enough celebs shacking up in the Garden State: There’s Diddy, a couple Real Housewives, and that one Jonas brother you forgot existed!
