UPDATE! Want A “Fuller House”? You Could Live In The Iconic Home

Cue the laugh track, because this stunning San Francisco Victorian is up for grabs!

UPDATE: After spending the summer on the for-sale market, this famous home is now available for rent at $13,950 per month.

A lot has changed for the Tanner clan since their days on the classic sitcom Full House. But there’s one constant for the uber-wholesome bunch: their beautiful Victorian home at 1709 Broderick St., San Francisco, CA 94115, which has officially hit the San Francisco real estate market for a cool $4.15 million. In the Netflix series revamp Fuller House, which looks at life in the present day for the Tanners, eldest sister D.J. is recently widowed and the single mom of three kids: 12-year-old J.D., 7-year-old Max, and newborn Tommy. She lives in the beloved house with her sister Stephanie and best friend Kimmy Gibbler, who has a teenage daughter of her own, Ramona.

In reality, the three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath historic beauty might be a tight squeeze for seven people! Built in 1883 by Charles Lewis Hinkel, it measures 2,484 square feet and is one of the city’s finest examples of Italianate Victorian architecture. But with its sophisticated, comfortable, and timeless appeal, spacious floor plan, soaring ceilings, and a prime office space, few San Franciscans would give up a chance to live in this multimillion-dollar pad. A large eat-in island kitchen boasts professional-style appliances and overlooks the sunny, classically designed garden. Located on a picturesque, tree-lined street, the home is close to public transit, as well as a variety of the city’s top shopping and dining hot spots.

While the TV episodes were filmed on a Los Angeles, CA, soundstage, the location of the beloved home has become quite the tourist destination over the years. And while $4.15 million is one pretty penny, the Bay Area still has plenty of other lovely options if you’re eager to live out the sitcom life of your dreams. The Fuller House cast, meanwhile, clearly intends to stay in LA: Candace Cameron Bure purchased a sweet, $2.3 million home in Malibu, CA, last year.
