Gavin Rossdale Buys A New Bachelor Pad For $7.6 Million

The newly single Bush frontman is moving on after his divorce from Gwen Stefani — with the most expensive house in Studio City.

Now that the split with ex-wife Gwen Stefani is official, Gavin Rossdale had to find a new place to hang his hat — and he’s chosen a home for sale in Studio City, CA. But it’s not just any home: According to Variety, the musician decided to go big, buying the most expensive house in Studio City, to the tune of $7.6 million.

The newly built, contemporary-style property sits at the end of a gated drive overlooking San Fernando Valley. Measuring almost 8,000 square feet, the glass-walled home has six en-suite bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. (We’re guessing little tykes Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo will be visiting quite often.)

A double-height living room with a cozy fireplace leads to the kitchen, which also has a climate-controlled wine room. In the family room, a wet bar opens through a bank of glass sliders to a spacious deck and terraced backyard, complete with an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, and three fire pits. Sounds like a rock star’s dream!

According to the New York Daily News, Gavin had been renting a home in Bel Air, CA, after moving out of the $13.25 million estate he shared with Gwen and the kids. The couple, together for 13 years, split last summer after word spread that Gavin allegedly had an affair with the family’s nanny. Gwen has since taken up with The Voice judge and country crooner Blake Shelton, who had his own high-profile split from singer Miranda Lambert in 2015. Ah, love in Hollywood!
