UPDATE: Harry Styles has listed this home for sale — with a price tag of $8.495 million. That’s a pretty sweet profit, considering he bought the home in January 2016!
Harry Styles is the king of the off-market deal. You may recall that back in June, he sold his five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom Beverly Hills, CA, home in an off-market deal. Well, he’s done it again! The British crooner dropped $6.87 million on a three-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home in West Hollywood, CA, back in January (which could be the reason the singer unloaded his Beverly Hills home five months later). Thanks to this secret, off-market deal, the news hasn’t blown up until now.
Harry’s new 4,100-square-foot home, located in the trendy Lower Doheny neighborhood, overlooks the city of Los Angeles, CA, all the way to the Pacific Ocean. Tucked behind gates and a long driveway for extreme privacy (you know how intense those 1D fans can get!), the modern-style home is a fusion of indoor/outdoor living. The home was built in 1946 and features glass walls, 10-foot ceilings, and silver travertine tile floors that expand out to spacious terraces. A gourmet kitchen is perfect for the aspiring chef, while the luxurious master suite features stunning jetliner views. The two other bedrooms each have their own bath. If Harry ever feels like inviting his bevy of ex-girlfriends over (Kendall Jenner and Taylor Swift come to mind), they’ll have a place to crash! Additional amenities include a screening room and gym, as well as a sparkling swimming pool with a large cabana and additional bathroom.
Harry’s June off-market deal was unfortunately a loss: He paid $4 million for the Beverly Hills pad but unloaded the home, which was next door to Channing and Jenna Dewan Tatum, for $3.175 million. But at least he’s acquiring some property these days; the One Direction boys have been known to drop $27,000 for a one-week rental of a luxurious Bel Air, CA, mansion. Either way, it looks as though Harry’s successfully kicking off a whole new chapter in his life: an acting career. He appears in the upcoming Christopher Nolan film Dunkirk.
