Nashville star Hayden Panettiere has just sold her home is Los Angeles in favor of life out east.
In an off-market deal first reported by TMZ, the pint-sized Panettiere got $3,075,000 for her 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3,120 square foot home at 7640 Curson Terrace. She picked up the place for $2,635,000 in March 2008.
Hayden’s just-sold home has floor-to-ceiling windows in most rooms looking out to unobstructed 180-degree views of the city from downtown to the ocean. The open floor plan includes a large living room and family room with fireplaces. Outside, a pool and expansive deck areas look out onto the huge city views.
Recently, Hayden has been spending most of her time in Nashville, where she films the hit ABC show of the same name. She’s also engaged to boxing champ Wladimir Klitschko, who owns a property down in the other Hollywood – Hollywood, FL, that is, and when she’s not filming, she’s often spotted with him in the Sunshine state.
According to TMZ, celebrity real estate agent Josh Altman represented Panettiere in the sale.
