Heidi Klum Bidding Gorgeous Brentwood Estate “Auf Wiedersehen”

The supermodel is asking $25 million for her California home.

Supermodel and TV powerhouse, Heidi Klum, is saying “Auf Wiedersehen” to her stunning Brentwood estate. She just listed the 8 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 12,300 square foot property for $25 million.

According to listing details, the Italian-style villa, completed in 1999, has been given the Heidi makeover—a complete renovation that revived and refreshed a front-row oceanview estate in the premier guard-gated community in Brentwood, located off bucolic Mandeville Canyon.

Heidi recounts the first time she heard about the property, saying “when I first heard about this available property, I was a bit skeptical when I was told it had been empty for a long time. As a busy working mother with four young children, I was hoping to find a home that was essentially turnkey… I knew that homes that are unoccupied for any length of time do not always get the attention they need, and I wasn’t looking for a project.”

However, the Emmy Award–winning executive producer and host of “Project Runway” and judge on “Germany’s Next Topmodel” and the top-rated “America’s Got Talent” tapped her creative skills to transform the estate into a warm family home.

Heidi’s team of talented people worked extensively for over six months to replace every window, re-stain all the gorgeous woodwork, upgrade all the appliances and fixtures, design dream closets, build a master bath with views of the ocean and expand the garden.

The time, energy and patience poured into the restoration paid off. Heidi says, “by the time we finished, the house was as incredible as its grounds and views. Sometimes I sit in the garden, drinking my coffee, looking at the Pacific, and really feel it is a little piece of Heaven. I think others will love the house as much as I have.”

Set on 8.5 acres with approximately three prime acres of flat land, the grounds have an infinity-edge pool and spa, koi pond, formal rose garden, fountains, lawns, gazebos, rolling green for golf putting and driving, children’s playhouse and slide, secret gardens and hiking trails—all with unobstructed ocean views and complete privacy.

A perfect Los Angeles escape.
