Hollywood Heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio Lists In Malibu For $10.95 Million

After 18 years, the actor is letting go of his beachfront home.

Forget never letting go. Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio has finally grasped the concept! The Revenant star just listed his three-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow on an exclusive stretch of Malibu, CA, beach for $10.95 million. But here’s the kicker: He bought the Malibu, CA, real estate back in 1998 for $1.6 million, meaning that if he’s able to sell it at the listed price, he’ll score a nice profit of over $9 million. Not that Leo’s hurtin’ in the cash department these days. Or the love department, for that matter: He’s been dating supermodel Nina Agdal since July.

The 1,765-square-foot cottage is a meticulously remodeled beauty on Carbon Beach, often referred to as “Billionaire’s Beach.” You may have seen the bungalow, which was built in 1950, when it was up for rent last year, asking $23,000 per month in the off-season, or $50,000 per month during the summer. Past the gated entry (you know Leo can’t stand the paparazzi), the home features a beautiful courtyard leading you to the beach and a private hot tub located on a large, oceanfront deck (perfect for catching a SoCal sunset). Inside, bright, clean decor and an indoor/outdoor aesthetic are complemented by wood floors throughout and ocean views from almost every room.

This isn’t Leo’s first Malibu, CA, home. Back in 2013, he sold his beachfront Malibu compound for $17.35 million. He had leased that house out as well, for the low, low price of $150,000 per month. But hey, that’s pocket change for one of Hollywood’s biggest megastars!
