Selena Gomez just sold her Tarzana, CA, “starter home” to rapper Iggy Azalea and her LA Laker beau, Nick Young. Together, the duo paid $3,450,000 for the stunning six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 6,630-square-foot compound.
Gomez, a Disney star turned rehab-attending Justin Bieber off-and-on girlfriend, made changes on the home front. In March 2014, she paid $3,690,000 for a gated mansion in Calabasas – the very same LA suburb where Justin Bieber terrorized his neighbors before subsequently selling his sprawling pad to none other than Khloe Kardashian.
Now that she’s nestled into her Calabasas spread, Gomez sold the home she’s lived in since July 2011, when she paid $2,175,000 for the pad. Under Gomez’s ownership, the multiwinged house has gotten some upgrades, additions, and remodels, thus the much-higher price that Iggy and Nick paid to move into a picture-perfect turnkey home.
Iggy and Nick’s new spot is a gorgeous and luxurious compound on an entire acre. A lavish upstairs guest suite has its own separate entrance, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two walk-in closets, and is encircled by a balcony that overlooks the entire grounds.
The newly built downstairs media room has a bar that opens to the outdoor barbecue and firepit lounge area — perfect for parties!
