Yesterday, Trulia Luxe Living revealed that Parsons and his partner Todd Spiewak dropped $6.375 million for Robert Pattinson’s hacienda-style home in Los Feliz.
Now, we’ve just uncovered that the duo are upgrading their living situation in a major way and have listed their former home – located just a few blocks away in the same Los Feliz neighborhood – for $1,850,000.
Parson’s just-listed home is a beautifully remodeled and immaculately decorated hillside home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths and 2,827 square feet of living space spread out over two levels.
