Kendall Jenner knows a thing or two about being picture-perfect, and her new Beverly Hills home is worthy of a cover story. The model/reality starlet just dropped $8.55 million on a five-bed, six-bath home in the luxurious Mulholland Estates, the exclusive neighborhood where everyone from DJ Khaled to Christina Aguilera have lived.
A sprawling Spanish-style home that was built in 1991, the 6,625-square-foot estate is a warm and inviting property tucked behind gates, which is perfect for keeping out the prying eyes of the Kardashian-crazed paparazzi. Guests are greeted by a welcoming courtyard with a sparkling fountain, surrounded by lush, mature foliage. Inside, a split-level floor plan allows for comfortable, family-friendly living, spread out over the five bedrooms and six baths. The estate also features a movie theater, office, family room, and fully equipped kitchen with a large center island. The outdoor space boasts a grassy backyard and swimming pool with spa alongside a fire pit and several entertaining areas. There’s also a tennis court and huge playground, which will come in handy when Kendall’s flock of nephews and nieces come over to visit.
The estate is actually the home that Charlie Sheen purchased for his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, in 2012. Charlie had been trying to sell the house since 2013, but had no luck until just last year when it sold for $5.415 million. In typically Hollywood style, Charlie purchased the home from another famous name too: billionaire Tom Gores, one of the owners of the Detroit Pistons.
Kendall is no slouch in the real estate department, however: Just a few months back, she listed her $1.6 million “starter home” in Westwood. Last summer, she dropped a whopping $6.5 million on John Krasinski and Emily Blunt‘s architectural beauty of a home in West Hollywood, but went on to sell it this summer for $6.85 million. But when your sisters include real estate/lip liner entrepreneur Kylie Jenner and veritable business tycoon Kim Kardashian, you gotta work hard to keep up with the rest of the Kardashians!
