Reality TV star and mom-ager Kris Jenner just snagged a two-bed, four-bath condo for sale in Los Angeles, CA, for $1.655 million. Could this little love nest in the Westwood/Century City neighborhood be a place for Jenner and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, to get some time to themselves?
Built in 1980, the 2,524-square-foot modern-style home is a complete architectural remodel. Spread across one floor, the unit features French oak and limestone flooring as well as a new kitchen with custom cabinets and a steam oven. What a perfect place for Kris to break out her very own cookbook!
The decadent master bath includes a his-and-hers spa, steam shower, soaking tub, and cabinets in closet-wardrobe style. A den has custom bookshelves, while the guest bath features Carrara marble and limestone.
Naturally, this isn’t the only home for Kris, who generally favors luxe mansions over condos (even fancy ones). She also owns a six-bed, eight-bath home in the luxurious enclave of Hidden Hills, CA, which she bought back in 2010 for $4 million. So we’re guessing this new purchase is just an investment property for the busy businesswoman.
No word yet on whether Kris will deck the halls of her new condo to the level of her Hidden Hills home, but if she does, we’re sure it’ll show up on Instagram.
