It looks as though SNL will need a new Karina, because Kristen Wiig just listed her California home for $2.395 million.
After purchasing the pad in 2013, the actress and comedian apparently is ready for a change. The 2,719-square-foot home sits in Los Angeles’ exclusive Franklin Hills neighborhood and offers a world of privacy and luxury. And with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, it seems there are plenty of bathtubs to choose from, should there ever be a 30th-birthday emergency!
Boasting stunning views of the city, the home, built in 1949, also has Fleetwood doors that open onto a sprawling patio, plus a fire pit, barbecue, pool, and steam sauna. This backyard would be the perfect place to entertain, but maybe Kristen should steer clear of hosting any bridal showers.
We can’t help but wonder if she’s selling to be closer to a Target.
