Confirmed: Kylie Jenner Buys $2.7 Million Calabasas Home

The youngest "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star buys in the same development as two of her famous siblings.

Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner reality-TV hot mess dynasty, has officially dropped $2.7 million on her very first bachelorette pad. (Because what 17-year-old doesn’t fill her Tumblr with inspo images of her very own mansion?)

As we previously suspected, the reality starlet, who is currently dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga, has just purchased a five-bed, six-bath Mediterranean-style home in the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas. More specifically, in the chi-chi development known as The Oaks, where a couple of her older sisters also hang their hats.

The 4,851-square-foot mansion features a Sunrun solar array, library (Kylie loves to get her literature on), and a backyard with a pool, spa, barbecue center, and covered patio.

Just a quaint little starter home for your average teen, right? The spread even comes with maid’s quarters, since we all know Kylie’s busy lip-liner-applying schedule is far too strenuous to allow for home upkeep.

Luckily, little Kylie won’t be feeling lonely in The Oaks.

In addition to her puppy, Norman, her big sister Kourtney Kardashian already owns an almost-12,000-square-foot mansion in The Oaks. And another one of her older Kardashian sisters, Khloe, also lives in the ritzy development, in a home that previously belonged to pint-sized performer Justin Bieber.

Their sister Kim, however, lives all the way in Bel Air with her husband (a rapper you may have heard of named Kanye West).
