Since June, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan has bought a $6 million mansion and the $4.5 million house next door. She has now added a brand-new $12 million mansion, adding yet another Hidden Hills, CA, gem to her real estate portfolio.
The eight-bedroom, 11-bath Cape Cod–style home is just as fabulous as her two other homes but with double the price tag! Built in 2015, the 13,200-square-foot home sits on 1.4 acres and offers expansive views of nearby Los Angeles, CA. With a gourmet kitchen, home theater, game room, pool, and spa and massage room, Kylie might just use it as a staycation home only a few miles away from her other mansions. Or could she be thinking of settling down with her longtime boyfriend, Tyga?
Regardless, the budding beauty mogul knows how to buy a home. This $12 million stunner is certainly the jewel of Kylie’s real estate collection. Maybe someone should suggest renaming the Hidden Hills to the Kyestates?
Although real estate runs in the family, with older sister Kendall buying her own $6.5 million pad and mom-ager Kris dominating the scene, Kylie may be the new real estate master of the family. How many homes will she rack up all before her 21st birthday?
