Seth Meyers Drops $7.5 Million On A Greenwich Village Duplex

The “Late Night” host is moving on from his “SNL”-era bachelor pad.

Seth Meyers is movin’ on up! The Late Night with Seth Meyers host has ditched his more modest Saturday Night Live–era apartment in favor of a family-friendly, five-bed, four-and-a-half bath co-op for sale in New York, NY.

The stunning prewar home in Greenwich Village had a hefty price tag of $7.5 million, but now that he’s got a wife, human-rights lawyer Alexi Ashe, and a little boy, Ashe, in tow, we’re guessing it was time for an upgrade. No word yet on whether he’ll sell the 940-square-foot, two-bedroom home that he snagged back in 2013 for $3.5 million, when he was still working the “Weekend Update” desk at SNL.

Seth’s new 3,200-square-foot duplex is located on one of the most coveted blocks in Manhattan: the northwest corner of Washington Square Park. In addition to the five spacious bedrooms, the home features a den, a sprawling living/dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, and yet another sitting area with another wood-burning fireplace. The light-filled home (it has a total of 26 windows!) boasts stunning views of the West Village and high beamed ceilings, arched doorways, and rich, stained oak floors.

Naturally, the residence comes with a full-time doorman and elevator operator, because you know how hard pressing those buttons can be. There’s also a residents-only fitness room, so Seth doesn’t have to worry about going to the gym with any normals. Clearly, this is a building favored by the famous: Actress Mary Louise Parker previously owned the condo before selling it back in 2013 for $7.45 million.
