Lauren Conrad Has Found A Buyer For Her Pacific Palisades Estate

The fashion designer transformed her California home into an Instagram-worthy palace.

When it comes to reality-TV stars with nostalgia appeal, Lauren Conrad is the queen bee. And clearly, the former star of MTV’s Laguna Beach and The Hills (now a fashion designer) has some serious brains for the real estate biz: She just flipped the five-bed, six-bath home in Pacific Palisades, CA, she bought back in 2015 for $4.4 million. With a pending sale price of $4.995 million, it looks as though Lauren and her hubby, former Something Corporate guitarist William Tell, are prepping to make a pretty penny on the deal. That’ll buy lots of diapers and toys for their little one on the way!

Built in 2004, the 5,871-square-foot Spanish-style property is a private, serene space tucked away from the street. The living and dining rooms are full of natural light and lead into a chef’s kitchen and breakfast area, continuing into the family room. Vaulted ceilings, wide-plank wood floors, archways, and French doors complement each of the five spacious bedroom suites.

Outside, the home is nestled into the mountains on 1.4 acres, with a rolling yard that provides the utmost privacy — in case Heidi Montag tries to climb the fence, of course. Two patios, a built-in barbecue, and a large swimming pool featuring a spa, waterfall, and even a waterside treehouse provide the perfect backdrop for alfresco dining.

Lauren seems to be a pro when it comes to real estate. In 2013, she nabbed a $3.7 million home in the exclusive enclave of Brentwood, CA. In 2012, Lauren dropped $1.35 million on a three-bed, four-bath condo in yet another famous set of Los Angeles, CA, “Hills”: Beverly Hills. Back in 2011, she officially ditched the 1920s Spanish home she lived in during later seasons of The Hills. You know, when Audrina had to sleep in the back cottage!
