Lauren Conrad Lists Her Brentwood Home for $4.5M

Forget The Hills; the former reality TV starlet is focused on selling her Brentwood estate.

Quick, check your Instagram! Lauren Conrad, reality TV tycoon and queen of the Basics, is saying goodbye to her luxe Brentwood, CA estate. Conrad, who is known for her style expertise, bought the $3.7 million home back in 2013, and it’s safe to say she’s looking to make a nice profit: It’s currently listed for $4.495 million.

Built in 1959, the six-bed, five-bath home is a sprawling 4303-square-foot spread tucked away on a peaceful street near Brentwood Park. Private gates out front ensure plenty of seclusion from any reality TV super fans, or in case Kristin Cavallari is hoping to sneak in and boobytrap the joint. The two-story home is overflowing with character and charm, and its 12,000-square-foot lot is a spacious estate that has a private backyard where a new buyer can create their own personal oasis, whether it’s with a sparkling swimming pool and patio, or rolling gardens and landscaping. Embracing the indoor/outdoor aesthetic of Southern California, the home features classic amenities like a chef’s dine-in kitchen, dark hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and Carrera marble. A cozy wood burning fireplace is the perfect spot for gathering with family.

Though Conrad bought the Brentwood home in 2013, it seems like she didn’t spend all that much time living there. She quickly high-tailed it to the Pacific Palisades, CA for a $4.4 million Mediterranean manse in 2015. After some significant changes to the property, she finally found a buyer back in May for that estate, selling it for a cool $4.775 million,

Lauren also owns two properties back in her home turf of Laguna Beach, CA: a longtime property she bought back in 2008 for $2 million, and one she just snagged a couple years back in 2014 for $8.5 million. In the past, she’s owned a condo in the luxe locale of Beverly Hills, CA, and as for that 1920’s gated home in the Hollywood Hills, CA that gained notoriety on (what else) The Hills, poor LC sold that at a loss back in 2011. Do you think Audrina Patridge was still living in the guest house?
