Leonardo DiCaprio Lists In Studio City For $2.395 Million

The Oscar winner could have a backup career: house flipping!

Add Leonardo DiCaprio to the long line of celebrity house flippers! The Revenant star just listed his Studio City, CA, real estate for $2.395 million, just two years after buying it for $2.05 million. With another home for sale in Malibu, CA, could Leo be prepping to retire from the movie game to dive headfirst into real estate?

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, which measures 3,407 square feet, is a picturesque ranch-style estate built in 1937. Located on a 15,000-square-foot lot in the elite Studio City enclave of Colfax Meadows, this highly coveted property promises ultimate privacy tucked under a canopy of mature trees and lush landscaping. And with the paparazzi all up in Leo’s grill, we know he loves his alone time!

The home’s historic architecture is a taste of Hollywood’s golden age, redefined to embrace modern standards with refined renovations. An open floor plan flows throughout, while high ceilings provide an airy, open aesthetic. In the kitchen, amateur chefs will be inspired, thanks to top-of-the-line appliances. French doors connect the kitchen area to a scenic yet private outdoor environment, perfect for hosting a dinner party. The home also features plenty of outdoor space for poolside lounging and intimate parties, which we know are Leonardo’s specialty.

It’s been a busy month for Leo’s real estate portfolio. He just listed his recently renovated Malibu, CA, estate for $10.95 million after owning it for 18 years, though a lot of those were spent renting it out for the bargain price of $50,000 per month in the summer season. Back in 2013, he sold his other beachfront Malibu compound for $17.35 million. Forget The Wolf of Wall Street; Leo’s on track to be the wolf of the real estate market.
