Lindsey Vonn Buys A New Home Base In West Hollywood

The Olympic gold medalist is skiing her way to a luxurious SoCal estate.

Olympic alpine ski racer Lindsey Vonn has dropped $3.55 million on a contemporary-style home for sale in Los Angeles, CA.

Vonn’s new home, built in 2016, is a four-bed, five-bath custom home ideal for anyone who loves the indoor-outdoor way of life. And since she spends a large majority of her time pumping iron, we assume this home will fit her like a glove. Measuring 4,018 square feet, the home welcomes guests with a private Zen entrance with tranquil water features, while the entryway is a grand, two-story glass-encased hall. With 7-inch white oak custom flooring, decorative suspended ceilings, and multiple fireplaces, the home epitomizes contemporary style.

In the sleek, custom Miton Italian kitchen, top-of-the-line Miele appliances are surrounded by a large center island and built-in breakfast bar. (This is important, since Vonn is very particular about what she eats.) In the master retreat, a sitting area and cozy fireplace accompany a private balcony, massive closet, and stunning spa-like bath with dual sinks, a deep soaking tub, and oversized shower. There’s also a private deck with an outdoor shower and swimming pool with a Baja deck and spa.

The two-time gold medalist isn’t letting that pesky leg injury slow her down; this new pad in the stylish WeHo neighborhood is the perfect spot to start fresh after her breakup with golf legend Tiger Woods last summer. (Oh, and rumor has it she’s dating Hunger Games star Alexander Ludwig!)
