Natasha Bedingfield has just listed her 4,792 square foot, five-bedroom, four- and a half-bathroom mansion in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Bedingfield originally purchased the home in 2009 for $2.3M, listed it for sale in 2014 for $3.5M and removed the listing after she was unable to sell it. It appears that Bedingfield put in quite a bit of work remodeling the home to finally relist it now.
Overlooking the Griffith Observatory, the home features a master suite with a stream shower and full walk-in closet. On the second floor, you’ll find a second master bedroom and bathroom. Bedinfield outfitted the home with polished marble floors throughout, bamboo cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, a full bar and multiple balconies off the main living areas.
