Nicollette Sheridan Lists Investment Property For $3.395 Million

She may be known for her life on Wisteria Lane, but this “Desperate Housewives” actress is looking to cash in on her longtime rental in Bel Air.

Nicollette Sheridan, who played the devious Edie Britt on the hit ABC show Desperate Housewives, has put her three-bed, three-bath ranch-style home on the market for $3.395 million. Tucked away from the prying eyes of paparazzi, the home for sale in Los Angeles boasts 2,731 square feet on 1.5 acres.

With Spanish paver floors, high ceilings throughout, and a beautiful cook’s kitchen, the home, which was built in 1955, is a functional, peaceful oasis. Open living and dining rooms are spacious and welcoming, while the master suite includes a fireplace, oversized walk-in closets, sauna, bath with spa tub, and a private patio with an additional outdoor spa.

Outside, lush, parklike grounds with rolling lawns, a large swimmer’s pool, and an expansive patio area with an outdoor kitchen offer lots of space for outdoor entertaining. There’s an additional living space in the charming guest house with its own street entrance. It’s the perfect California getaway combined with the accessibility of metro Los Angeles.

“This is a unique property with a quaint, countryside feel,” says listing agent David Parnes of The Agency. “It offers privacy and seclusion in a charming setting, like being in a resort, however benefiting from easy access to the Westside and the Valley. It really is a treat to visit.”

Sheridan, who has frequently been spotted as of late cavorting around town with her boyfriend, Aaron Phypers, purchased the home back in 1989. But according to the LA Times, she hasn’t been spending much time here in recent years.

In fact, she’s been renting it out for a cool $13,500 per month. Now, that’s one good-looking landlord.
