After moving out of her massive mansion due to stalkers and burglars, Rihanna’s former Pacific Palisades home is officially on the market with a $14,995,000 price tag!
The Barbados-born beauty moved into the home in December 2012, and her Southern California paradise quickly became a nightmare. After just a few short months in the home, trespassers, stalkers and attempted burglars have all been arrested at or near the property, prompting RiRi to flee the urban oasis for her own safety. In the most extreme case, a 27-year-old man was arrested on the property after showing up multiple times, claiming to be her “future husband.”
The globetrottering Grammy winner has since had ‘her people’ move her belongings out of the home and into another undisclosed location, freeing up her former home for new residents. It was for rent in November 2013 for $65,000 a month!
Reports say she’s since decamped to a penthouse in New York City. She also reportedly purchased a $22 million villa in her native Barbados earlier this year.
Built in 2010, the estate is nestled in the hills of Los Angeles, and features a neutral-to-warm color scheme throughout, with sandy walls and dark wood and tile flooring from head to toe.
