Robert Pattinson has officially sold his Los Feliz hacienda-style home for $6.375 million!
Pattinson first listed the property for $6,750,000 in October 2013, and property records show that the deal just closed on January 14, 2014.
The ‘Twilight’ and ‘Water For Elephants’ leading man purchased the home for $6,275,000 on September 2, 2011, and proceeded to nest there with then-love and ‘Twilight’ co-star Kristen Stewart. Once it was revealed that Stewart cheated on Patitinson with her “Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders, she was booted from the home and he also moved out shortly thereafter. Rumors swirled that the bad memories were enough to drive the Twilight hunk out of the spanish-style home and into a short-term Beverly Hills rental while he searched for a fresh start.
One of the first private residences built in the Hills above Los Feliz, Pattinson’s uber-private walled and gated estate is an architecturally significant property with incomparable gardens. Sitting on a terraced 1.5 acre lot, the home has 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and incredible original details intermingled with state-of-the-art, updated systems. The outdoor grounds feature gardens, a lagoon pool and unmatched city views. It was once owned by basketball legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar.
David Gray of Partners Trust Beverly Hills represented Pattinson in the sale and Ronald Shore of Keller Williams Coastal Properties was the buyer’s agent.
Update: the buyer was identified by the Los Angeles Times as actor Jim Parsons, who stars in “The Big Bang Theory.”
