Scott Disick Snags Hidden Hills Estate For $3.235M

The reality star's real estate empire continues to grow.

Scott Disick has added another home to his bevy of bachelor pads. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star just dropped $3.235 million on a five-bed, six-bath estate in the luxe Los Angeles town of Hidden Hills, where he and his reality TV family members, including Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner, have owned several properties in the past.

Measuring 4924 square feet, the farm house-style property is a bucolic estate nestled within Hidden Hills. Built in 1973, the beautifully crafted home is tucked away on a one-acre lot in a private, gated community filled with horses. The open floor plan features artisan wrought iron, crown moldings, and distressed hardwood floors. A formal living room and dining room are ideal for entertaining guests, while the family room and bright, sunny kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is the perfect spot to gather with family. There’s also a large game room with a bar of its own. In the master suite, a Cantera Stone fireplace sits next to a spacious seating area and built-in wine refrigerator, while the spa-like master bath features a large shower and deep soaking tub.

The outdoor space is the picture of beautiful California living. The spacious, flat front yard is complemented with lush landscaping, while the private backyard has a swimming pool and spa with fountains and a waterfall, fruit trees, and a large grassy yard that children will love. There’s also an outdoor barbecue area and full sport court, as well as a three car garage.

Scott is particularly familiar with the Hidden Hills area. Back in 2015, he dropped $5.96 million on a sprawling estate in the area, but soon put it on the market. Unable to sell, he settled for renting it out for a whopping $60,000 per month. Although Scott and Kourtney Kardashian, have since split, the pair have three children together and have a serious history of buying and selling high-end property.  Back in 2014, Scott and Kourtney bought a sprawling, 11,747-square-foot home in Calabasas, CA, for $8.495 million from ESPN football analyst Keyshawn Johnson. And before that, they had another colorful Calabasas spread. Stars: They’re Just Like Us!
