Want a taste of Southern hospitality? Well, “If you’re ready, come and get it,” because Selena Gomez’s sprawling Fort Worth, TX, estate is officially on the market for $2.999 million. The five-bed, six-and-a-half-bath home epitomizes luxury real estate.
The 10,016-square-foot sprawling home is tucked behind gates in Fort Worth’s prestigious Montserrat community. Built in 2005, the resort-style home features exquisite architectural details. Set on 1.5 acres of rolling grounds, the estate includes a tennis-sport court, putting green, saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, and cabana. The home has an open floor plan and a top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen. Guests can sit back and relax in reclining chairs while catching a flick in the media room or play a game of pool in the game room (with a wet bar, of course). There’s also a garage for up to eight cars, in case Selena wants to invite her BFF Taylor Swift and the rest of the girl squad over.
Like many a starlet, Selena doesn’t seem to stay in one place that long when it comes to real estate. In 2014, Selena ditched the starter home in Tarzana, CA, that she bought back in 2011 for $2.175 million. That property was snapped up by Aussie pop rapper Iggy Azalea and her LA Laker boyfriend Nick Young in 2014 for full asking price ($3.45 million!). Next, Selena took off for a $4.495 million mansion in Calabasas, CA, which she lived in for about half a second. After six months on the market, it finally sold at a loss for $3.3 million in 2015.
There’s no word on where Selena’s been hanging out lately, but we certainly know who she’s with. The 24-year-old has been frolicking around town with her new boyfriend, The Weeknd, to the dismay of his ex-girlfriend, model Bella Hadid. Bella’s sister is supermodel-in-training Gigi Hadid and her mom is former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star/Master Cleanse aficionado Yolanda Hadid. We wouldn’t exactly want to mess with that family! But hey, maybe the former Wizards of Waverly Place star can work some magic.
