Shane West, who’s had roles on shows like ER and Nikita, has listed his Los Angeles Tuscan-style villa for $1.995 million. And while he now stars on the WGN show Salem as real-life Mayflower passenger John Alden, we all remember him best as the other half of the Nicholas Sparks–fueled cry-fest co-starring Mandy Moore.
The four-bed, five-and-a-half-bath spread is a towering beauty nestled into one of Los Angeles’ most-sought-after neighborhoods in the eastern portion of the Hollywood Hills. Built in 1979, the 3,642-square-foot home features dual master suites with beautiful baths, a gym, billiard room, and a self-contained guesthouse with space that could be converted into a recording studio. Perhaps Shane’s former co-star Mandy Moore could come over to sing a few bars of “Candy” before he moves out.
Built on a lot of 6,555 square feet, the space also includes a saltwater pool with a sun shelf overlooking the bright lights and roving canyons of Hollywood, as well as a built-in barbecue and entertaining area.
Shane bought the home back in 2006 for $1.775 million.
