Colombian-born ‘Modern Family’ actress Sofia Vergara has just scooped up an Italian-style villa in the heart of Beverly Hills, paying $10.6 million for a 7 bedrooom, 11 bathroom, 11,400 square foot estate.
Vergara has plenty of dough to afford this lavish So Cal spread. According to Forbes, she is the highest paid actor on TV for the second year in a row, hauling in an incredible $30 million between June 2012 and June 2013.
With all those dollars at her disposal, Vergara jumped into real estate and just closed on a gorgeous and grand 90210 estate.
Her new home features a soaring entryway, a wood-paneled study, a spacious Chef’s kitchen with center island and breakfast nook, and a family room with French doors that open to an outdoor entertaining area.
Upstairs, Sofia’s new master suite has a fireplace and separate his-and-hers baths and closets. Just down the hall, there are 2 guest bedrooms with en suite baths, and third large guest suite with balcony, en suite bath, walk-in closet and outdoor terrace with fireplace.
