Taylor Swift is “Ready for It.” “It” being a brand new Manhattan townhouse, that is! The megastar singer just dropped $18 million on a stunning, 27-foot-wide pad in the heart of the stylish Tribeca neighborhood. It’s safe to say this property is the dream home both Swifties and non-Swifties alike.
Fully renovated from top to bottom, the 5148-square-foot townhouse manages to encompass all the amenities one could dream of in a Manhattan home. On the lower level, a theater, gym, spa steam bath, and bar provide as many options as a luxury gym membership, without the sweaty locker rooms. Head up the stainless steel stairs to the first floor, where a nanny/guest suite has its own entrance, while the Boffi kitchen is furnished with Miele & Gaggenau appliances and limestone heated floors, as well as Italian cabinetry. The great room is a spacious and comfortable spot to hang out by the fireplace, with a large skylight allowing plenty of light to stream in. On the second floor, antique French wide plank oak floors continue into two bedrooms, both of which have custom closets, Italian limestone baths, a jet tub, and waterfall showers.
