Country Superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Selling Sprawling Tennessee Ranch For $20 Million!

Country music’s golden couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, are selling their palatial Tennessee ranch for $20 million! According to The Real Estalker, the Grammy-winning singing duo, married for 16 years with 3 daughters, are selling one of their properties and slightly downsizing their sizable real estate portfolio that also includes 3 additional multimillion-dollar Tennessee mansions. They’ve clearly “gone country” and have focused their real estate holdings in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The duo used to own an 11,000 square foot estate in Beverly Hills, but sold that estate in 2010 for $9,500,000.

While they own some incredible properties and sold the last one for a profit, it’s not all good in Tim and Faith’s real estate world right now. They are currently embroiled in an ongoing lawsuit with their neighbors, who claim property damage to their home due to negligence on the part of Tim and Faith after the 2010 Nashville floods.

Lawsuit aside, the duo are moving forward with the sale of their incredible Tennessee ranch. New to the market today, the $20 million dollar ranch features beautiful rolling pastures, ponds, spring fed creeks. On the sprawling estate, you’ll find 4 residences  and a 12 stall barn with caretakers apartment above. One home is a restored log home and the main residence, a dramatic Antebellum-style home is gorgeous, but needs restoration.

Steve Fridrich of Fridrich & Clark holds the listing.
