She may have owned it for less than two years, but Toni Braxton can “Breathe Again” now that she has sold her 5,323-square-foot home for sale in Calabasas, CA. The one-story estate in The Oaks was built in 2006, with four en-suite bedrooms and stunning views of the California hills. At $3.4 million, the price tag is an “affordable” entry point for someone looking to get into this coveted neighborhood. (Or someone who’s just dying to live near a Kardashian: Kylie, Khloe, and Kourtney have all owned homes here.)
Toni, by the way, bought the home back in the fall of 2014 for $2.9 million, after recovering from a bankruptcy that found her debt to be as high as $50 million. Ouch!
