Tyra Banks has a lot to “smize” about. The America’s Next Top Model host and entrepreneur just sold her four-bed, five-bath home in the Pacific Palisades for $4 million. She bought the property back in 2014 for $3.295 million, and listed it at $4.25 million back in May. And if you’re feeling a case of deja vu, you’d be correct: Tyra listed another Palisades property for $9.25 million back in May. When Top Model asks “you wanna be on top?” it apparently means of the real estate market.
Measuring 3700 square feet, the spectacular contemporary-style home is a four-bed, five-bed oasis in the stylish Palisades. With soaring ceilings, an open floor plan, and pocket sliders that create disappearing walls, this stunning estate embraces the quintessential California lifestyle. Built in 2014, it features a chef’s kitchen that opens out to spacious rooms for the perfect entertaining flow, while the comfortable living spaces are filled with light. She also owns property in the Ladera Heights area of Los Angeles, and another luxe property in Manhattan, which she attempted to sell for a whopping $17.5 million last year. She previously owned a 6000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills, CA, before listing it for $7.75 million back in 2015.
