We’d “smize” if we had her bank account too! America’s Next Top Model host and famed supermodel Tyra Banks just listed her two-bed, three-bath townhouse in the luxurious Pacific Palisades neighborhood for $1.499 million. It’s clear this was a classic house flip for Tyra, seeing as she just bought the home back in April of 2017 for $1.355 million. If it sells at its asking price, that’s a pretty nice way to make over $100,000 quickly!
Built in 1977, the contemporary Mediterranean-style townhouse has an extremely private location overlooking the majestic mountains.
