Vin Diesel Relists The Hollywood Hills Home He Bought 16 Years Ago

With the relisting of his Los Angeles starter home, it’s yet another sequel for the “Fast and the Furious” star.

It looks as though Vin Diesel is revving up his real estate engine. The actor, who’s known for the flicks that make up the Fast and the Furious series, has just relisted the two-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Hollywood Hills, CA, that he bought back in 2000 for just $562,500. He’s listed the space for $1.395 million, which is only a bit of an increase from the $1.3 million price tag he attempted to sell the house for in 2013. Before that, the property was rented out for the low, low price of $5,800 per month. And with Vin as your landlord, we’re guessing you’d never be late with the rent.

Built in 1957, the contemporary home is a true taste of classic midcentury style. Tucked behind a gated brick courtyard, the home’s yard features lush landscaping and a covered pavilion with patio areas and meditation spaces. Never quite pegged Vin as the Zen type, did you? Inside, the private master suite is a sophisticated area accented by beamed ceilings, spacious closets, and French doors. A country-style kitchen opens to a sunny dining room and has unique accents like Mexican tiled floors, a built-in barbecue, and tiled counters. The separate den is another comfortable gathering space, with French doors that open to the private patio. A sun-drenched swimming pool and spa provide the perfect finishing touches to this oasis in the Hills, which we’re guessing will sell pretty fast and furiously.

Coincidentally, Vin’s on-screen sister, Jordana Brewster, had a home in the nearby community of West Hollywood, CA, that was previously owned by Ellen DeGeneres. That’s just your classic Hollywood six degrees of separation.
