Yolanda and David Foster List Custom Malibu Estate For $27.5 Million

Yolanda Foster of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and her award-winning music producer husband David Foster have just listed their stunning custom-built Malibu mansion for $27.5 million!

Featured extensively on the “Real Housewives” as a frequent setting for dramatic dinner parties, Yolanda and David Foster’s newly-listed home has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 11,622 square feet and just hit the market, as first reported by The Real Estalker.

Built in 2009, the jaw0dropping estate has stunning mountain and ocean views that range all the way from Santa Monica to Point Dume.

Reminiscent of a romantic European villa, the 3-level home features 12’ ceilings, recycled Bavarian walnut floors and walls of glass that open to bring the outdoors inside.

As any “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fan knows, Yolanda and David’s home is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious living and formal dining room. The professional chef’s kitchen comes complete with a custom floor-to-ceiling glass refrigerator, where Yolanda is known to meticulously organize her fresh produce by color. The custom fridge is such a big deal, it has its own twitter handle with 13,300 followers!

Additional interior amenities include an office, library, 2 spa bathrooms with his/her oversized custom closets, a bar/billiards sports room, a state-of-the-art screening room, a recording studio (natch), exercise/massage/sauna rooms and 5 additional en-suite bedrooms.

David and Yolanda’s enormous master suite has a fireplace, office and large terrace. And don’t even get us started on that to-die-for closet. Every woman’s dream!

Outside, an infinity pool appears to drop right into the Pacific Ocean, and there are numerous outdoor sitting areas to enjoy a California sunset. Also on the property, Yolanda has orchards of citrus and avocado trees.
