Yolanda Hadid is living her best life. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and Master Cleanse aficionado has listed her 3,950-square-foot condo in Los Angeles, CA’s luxe Westwood neighborhood for $4.995 million, just a year after buying it for $4.59 million. The home served as a fresh start for YoYo, who bought it soon after her split from the music tycoon David Foster. Now that she’s healthy as can be after years of struggling with Lyme disease, word is that Yolanda’s trio of supermodel children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, want their mama to follow them to New York, TMZ.com reports. There’s not as much opportunity to grow lemon trees there, but if anyone can do it, it’s Yolanda!
Built in 2010, the condo is located in the Carlyle Residences, within the high-rise heaven of Wilshire Corridor. Recently renovated, the three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath spread has 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass. The expansive unit also features a private elevator entrance, meaning the prying eyes of the paparazzi (and former Housewives co-stars) will have to keep their distance. In the chef’s kitchen, where no doubt Yolanda will fix up delicious batches of the Master Cleanse, two Sub-Zero refrigerators and stunning quartz countertops are perfect for any aspiring foodie. The rest of the property includes rare onyx-and-granite baths, a customized den off the master suite, and a department store–worthy master closet. On the second floor, an additional suite can be converted into a private office, a guest room, or staff quarters. Additional amenities include three deeded parking spaces, a valet, concierge, swimming pool, gym, and wine storage area. Back in February of 2014 when they were still together, Yolanda and David listed their gargantuan Malibu, CA, estate for $27.5 million. The six-bed, nine-bath home, whose see-through refrigerator was so famous, it had its own Twitter account, went on to sell for $19.495 million. If Yolanda does happen to decamp for the East Coast, it wouldn’t be her first time in New York: She previously owned a deluxe pad in New York’s Bowery neighborhood, where Gigi crashed at the start of her modeling days. Hey, The Real Housewives of New York City could always use another cast member!
