The comedic actor and everyone’s favorite “Wedding Crasher” is leasing out his apartment in his hometown of Chicago for $9,500. According to the Chicago Tribune, Vaughn paid $1,425,500 for the town home in the trendy River North neighborhood in 2005, but he hasn’t lived in the apartment since late 2006, when he majorly upgraded his Chicago lifestyle and paid $12 million to buy a penthouse on North Michigan Avenue. Vaughn tried to sell his bigger, better penthouse earlier this year for $16.75 million, but quickly took it off the market.
The settled-down dad is spending less time in The Windy City and making a more permanent home on the West Coast. Vaughn and his wife Kyla Weber just paid nearly $4 million for an estate in La Canada Flintridge, CA. The duo are expecting their second baby any day now.
