We're happy to host well-behaved, house-trained pets and want both you and your pet to enjoy the stay comfortably.

To help us maintain the home and outdoor space for all guests, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

Outdoor & Yard Use:
-The backyard is a shared relaxation space, not a designated pet relief area.
-We kindly ask that pets are walked off-property (street/sidewalk areas) for bathroom needs.
This helps us keep the lawn/turf clean, fresh, and enjoyable for all guests.

Cleanliness & Care:
-Please clean up immediately after your pet at all times.
-Pets should be fully house-trained.
Any accidents indoors should be cleaned promptly and reported if needed.

Supervision:
-Pets should be supervised while outdoors.
-Please do not leave pets unattended in the yard.

Respect for the Home:
-We ask that pets stay off furniture when possible (or use a cover).
-Excessive shedding, odors, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pet Fee - A pet fee applies per stay to cover additional cleaning and maintenance.

Damage & Repairs
Any damage to flooring, furniture, or outdoor areas (including grass/turf) may result in repair or replacement charges.

Simple Goal:
We keep things pet-friendly while maintaining a clean, high-quality space for every guest your cooperation helps us continue to do that.

Failure to follow pet guidelines may result in additional cleaning or maintenance fees.
