The area is clean, but I like that it's not so "upscale" that people are constantly nagging or reporting small stuff (like too many bags of trash or grilling on the porch)...everybody just does their own thing, helps those that need, are friendly and approachable, and welcoming to a wayward stranger all the way from CO. Looking forward to getting to know the area much better :)"
