Lease Terms:
1. Lease Term: 12 months.
2. Pets: Dogs and cats welcome (max 3). For the first pet, choose a $500 refundable deposit OR $50/month non-refundable rent. For additional pets, choose a $250 refundable deposit OR $25/month non-refundable rent.
3. Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside.
