    "Does not flood in hurricanes. Water drains quickly. A few excellent restaurants nearby, 2 grocery stores, Walgreens, everything you need within a few blocks. Walmart a mile away. I-95 a mile away. Atlantic Ave in Delray a few miles away. Buses come right by both ends of the neighborhood. Train is noisy, but you get used to it."
