Minutes to town, Whole Foods is a quick 4-minute drive; 12-15 min to Austin Intl airport; Private, quiet--Walkable to coffee, icecream, food; river paths, Lady Bird Lake and the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, The Holly neighborhood is known for its leafy residential streets, and is located just east of downtown Austin. Enjoy a quiet, green country feel with no traffic noise, singing birds, all while being ideally located downtown and near the river! The property has a fully fenced outdoor area with sunny and shaded spots and a fire pit.

Half Bathroom Includes a stacked washer/dryer unit with shelving.
The interior spiral staircase is narrow in width--Exterior staircase is a normal width making easy access to upstairs.
Bedroom: queen-sized bed. Downstairs is a queen sleeper.
Kitchen is all electric. Microwave included.

Additional Amenities:
Effective and silent air conditioning and heating provided by two interior Mitsubishi units.
Plenty of parking available on the main street (legal access through the main property on Garden st) or in the alleyway.
Private, quiet alley property with mature trees and a yard for outdoor entertainment.
The main shed reserved for owner.
Rental Terms: A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Refunded 3 weeks after you leave. A professional cleaning service is mandatory at the end of your stay.
Yard work is done by professionals twice a month.
